Enquiry about photo booth hire for weddings can’t be easier, all we ask is the date of your wedding approximate location or venue if known then we can check availability for you and quote our prices for the different packages available offering you maximum choice so you can decide for yourselves which package suits your requirements and fits in with your budget for your wedding photo booth hire.

After your enquiry what happens?

Once you have contacted us regarding your photo booth hire for your wedding day, you will receive a full written quotation usually by email, this quotation contains all details and prices of several packages we offer especially for wedding photo booth hire.  You can then decide if we are the right supplier for your wedding day photo booth.  Once you decide to book with ourselves and have chosen your photo booth hire package we simply ask you to get back in touch by phone or email with just a few details such as venue and your contact details then the booking is made.

Once you make a booking

You have chosen your photo booth hire package for your wedding and placed the booking with us, we then confirm your booking in writing giving you the security the photo booth hire is fully booked in the system and giving you peace of mind that all is booked for you.


At this point a deposit payment is due, the deposit is only £25 and this can be paid by bank transfer or cheque and should be made within 14 days from date of booking.


We ask that you arrange your deposit payment and forward back to us a signed copy of our booking confirmation agreement. Once your deposit is received and we always confirm receipt of payments that’s your booking complete.

As the date of your wedding gets closer

Your wedding day is fast approaching if we haven't heard from you prior we will contact you to confirm access and setting up timings and of course more importantly the operational times for your photo booth hire.


Check that all the information we have is still correct and if any changes are required we can take appropriate action making the supply of your photo booth hire run smoothly on the day of your wedding.

Legal Paperwork - insurance, PAT test etc.

Its a legal requirement to take out ‘employers liability insurance’ if you employ staff, but only advisable to take out ‘public liability insurance’ and have your equipment PAT Tested!


WE HAVE BOTH PUBLIC LIABILITY AND EMPLOYERS LIABILITY INSURANCE AND ALL EQUIPMENT IS PAT TESTED.  CERTIFICATES FORWARD TO YOU OR YOUR VENUE UPON REQUEST.


Note please that all suppliers are not insured and venues are now more often demanding proof of insurance before suppliers are allowed access to their properties.
